Very good breakfasts, extremely friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff.
Nicely decorated and brand-new room, a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels in the room. The view from the window to city. Very central location, within easy walking distance of Torun Castle.

Every time in Torun, I choose this place. It is in perfect location to a regional history center, set next to the hotel. The rooms are modern, tastefully decorated, and come with a storage, a couch, and a cute balcony. The staff are flexible and very helpful, giving their best to make the stay a good experience. There is lots of tasty food for breakfast.

The breakfast was savoury and very good, the staff was extremely friendly, the grounds were tidy. The unit we got was nicely decorated with first ~30 photos, view over the old town plus wonderful views.
Well, there was no elevator.

I had a great stay at a hotel located in the center of the old town. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the main square and close to the city center. The staff was friendly and professional, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities such as a real iron. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a jar of Nutella on every table.
The bed was a bit squeaky, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.
